Duties Prepare and serve a variety of flavored snowballs Operate POS systems such as Square POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and café spaces Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards Assist in food handling, food prep, and serving food items in accordance with safety regulations Qualifications Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper food preparation techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Join us as a Kona Barista to bring energy, enthusiasm, and expert snowball craftsmanship to our lively mobile café!
