The Role:

As a Smoothie Barista, you are the face of our brand and charged with creating a welcoming environment. In this role you will be responsible for offering the pick-me-up customers need at any point in their day. Whether it's a fresh start in the morning or post-workout recovery, we offer fuel for the body and spirit with light, health-conscious, quick drinks and bites.

What You'll Do:

Work with your team to deliver an exceptional experience for not only our guests, but our community Utilize training & tools to keep your station clean and tidy while following and adhering to our Food Safety standard and procedures Let your personality shine through collaboration with teammates and interactions with our guests. Understand our menu (including dietary restrictions), common ingredients, and ability to describe flavor profile Become a master at creating signature coffee drinks, smoothies and various other food options while maintaining quality standards, cleanliness, and safety guidelines Be Present - bringing a healthy, world class experience to our team and guests starts with being on-time, every time for your shifts

Job Requirements:

Minimum:

Able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable Transportation to attend scheduled shifts, on-time
