Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair. Operate POS systems such as Toast POS transactions efficiently and accurately. Engage with customers warmly, providing friendly service and answering questions about menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety practices. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations. Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring all food safety standards are upheld. Support team members during busy periods by managing time effectively to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Previous barista experience or coffee industry background is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail math. Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
