Barista Reports to: Lead Barista

POSITION SUMMARY

Your role as Barista is one the most important because you create the connection with our guests. Your objective is to exceed our guest's expectations by providing this truly special dining experience every time. Your responsibilities include educating our guests about our unique specials, exceptional drinks and homemade desserts/drinks. You also ensure the food always meets our high standards before serving it to the guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Attendance is an essential part of this job - you will report directly to the manager at the beginning and end of every shift. Required to arrive in the proper full uniform for every shift. Will check in with Lead Barista to receive side work sheets upon clock in at the start of every shift. Must continuously demonstrate a sense of urgency and ensure guest satisfaction at all times. Must immediately call to attention any issues that may arise with your guests . Required to follow all sanitization and food safety procedures at all times. Must receive sign off on side worksheets prior to leaving at the end of every shift. Able to lift, pull, carry and push up to 40 pounds on a frequent basis. Other physical activities include but are not limited to, standing for long periods of time, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching. Must be able to follow the standardized recipes.

Food preparation ability:

fruit cutting/dicing/ slicing, brewing teas, and boba etc… Knowledge of our desserts/drinks and the ability to give a through out explanation. Working with POS system. Other job duties as assigned.

Job Type:

Part-time Pay:

$14.80 - $17.00 per hour
