OUTCAST DOUGHNUTS -- SCOTTSDALE DRIVE-THRU LOCATION

Outcast Doughnuts is growing, and we're looking for experienced, high-energy baristas and beverage makers to join our brand-new Scottsdale drive-thru location. This is not your average coffee shop job. We are building a fast-paced, experience-driven environment where quality, speed, hospitality, and presentation all matter equally. We want team members who understand that incredible drinks are both a science and an art form. We're looking for people who take pride in crafting beautiful beverages, pulling quality espresso shots, creating memorable customer interactions, and helping us build a drive-thru experience people can't stop talking about. ⸻

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are specifically seeking experienced baristas who understand: Espresso extraction fundamentals Dialing in espresso properly Dose, yield, and shot timing consistency Milk steaming and texture quality Beverage presentation and visual appeal Fast-paced coffee execution without sacrificing quality Experience in high-volume coffee environments is strongly preferred.
