Schedule Monday through Friday Shift hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Weekends OFF Holidays OFF Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and operate the POS system efficiently. Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, coffees, teas, and specialty beverages according to recipe standards. Maintain clean work stations, espresso machines, registers, and dining/counter areas. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Assist with stocking supplies, beans, milks, and grab-and-go items. Provide fast, friendly service with a focus on guest satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements Previous barista or food service / cashier experience preferred, but willing to train candidates with outstanding hospitality attitudes. Strong communication and multitasking skills in a high-volume environment. Reliable transportation to work scheduled shifts at either our Tempe or Chandler location. Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain prior to start date). Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
