The ideal candidate will be passionate about the service industry and uplifting peoples' days. As a barista, you will be expected to prepare basic food items as well as craft specialty drinks. We are looking for individuals who love to achieve perfection and work with the mentality to grow and be better every day. This role requires individual to be able to work in a fast paced environment, learn how to prioritize, and multitask with members of the team. Responsibilities Memorize, prepare and serve a variety of speciality drinks according to recipe and shop standards. Maintain extreme cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Have in interest in getting to know the community and regular customers by engaging in meaningful interactions with guests. Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently, handling transactions with accuracy. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling procedures. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers in a retail setting.
