Responsibilities:

Prepares food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredientsProvides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.

Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standardDelivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.

Discovers and responds to customer needs.

Provides guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions

Qualifications:

California Food Handlers CardAbility to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.

Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
