We serve fresh smoothies, juices, acai bowls, oatmeal, and toasts in a fast-paced, positive environment focused on health, wellness, and community. We're looking for individuals who can deliver exceptional guest experiences, learn every aspect of our menu, maintain high cleanliness standards, and consistently show up ready to contribute. Responsibilities Provide friendly, energetic, and professional customer service to every guest. Learn and confidently operate the Square POS system for order taking, payments, and customer interactions. Prepare and serve smoothies, fresh juices, acai bowls, oatmeal, toasts, and other menu items according to company standards. Complete stocking shifts, including precise fruit and vegetable cutting, topping preparation, and ingredient organization. Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation standards. Restock ingredients, supplies, and inventory throughout shifts. Keep all workstations, equipment, dining areas, restrooms, and storage areas clean and organized. Participate in thorough daily deep cleaning of the entire store. Follow all food safety, sanitation, health code, and grooming standards. Work efficiently with teammates during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. RequirementsReliability is Non-Negotiable We are seeking team members who are dependable and committed to their responsibilities. Must demonstrate exceptional attendance and punctuality. Must be committed to working all scheduled shifts. Zero-tolerance policy for unexcused absences. Must arrive on time, ready to work, every shift. Must communicate professionally and responsibly regarding scheduling matters. General Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and master all menu items and operational procedures. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Must have a Food Handler's Card or be willing to obtain one before starting employment. Must follow all health, sanitation, safety, and grooming standards. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move for extended periods throughout shifts. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to frequently bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and carry approximately 30-50 lbs, including produce boxes and inventory.
