Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their café experience Operate Square POS systems for order processing, payments, and cash handling with accuracy Prepare and serve coffee beverages, teas, smoothies, and light food items following quality standards Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and preparation procedures Manage cash register transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and basic retail math calculations Restock supplies, organize workstations, and ensure the café environment is inviting and well-maintained Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks while following food safety guidelines Assisting the manager/operator with various tasks to grow exposure of the brand. Experience Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred, but not required Familiarity with POS systems enhances efficiency in transaction handling Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and balancing registers accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving or food preparation roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating delightful café moments!
