Juice n Bowls is looking for outstanding Team Members to help create an exceptional experience for our guests while serving fresh, nutritious smoothies, juices, acai bowls, oatmeal, and toasts. Responsibilities Deliver friendly, high-energy customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Learn and master the Square POS system for accurate order taking and payment processing. Prepare and serve all menu items according to company standards, including: Smoothies Fresh juices Acai bowls Oatmeal Toasts Perform "stocking shifts," including precise fruit and vegetable cutting, topping preparation, and ingredient organization. Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Restock ingredients, supplies, and inventory as needed. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency. Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture. Participate in thorough daily cleaning and deep-cleaning tasks to maintain a spotless store environment. Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as assigned. RequirementsReliability is Non-Negotiable We are looking for team members who are committed, dependable, and take their responsibilities seriously. Must be punctual and consistently arrive on time for all scheduled shifts. Must be committed to working scheduled shifts as assigned. Zero-tolerance policy for unexcused absences. Strong work ethic and willingness to be accountable to the team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude and ability to work well with others. Ability to learn quickly and follow established procedures. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts. Ability to lift and carry approximately 30-50 pounds (produce boxes and supplies). Must have a valid Food Handler's Card or be willing to obtain one before employment. Must maintain professional grooming and comply with all health code and food safety standards.
