Boba Barista/Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot or cold beverages, including tea, milk tea and specialty drinks
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dine-in and take-out areas
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
• Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
• Assist with food preparation and serve snacks and other menu items
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor As a Bobarista, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service to our customers.
