Teaspoon is looking for a barista to join our team, located on 4420 Town Center Blvd. Suite 110. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, hard-working and loves Boba. Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Responsibilities Outgoing and friendly personality Ability to multitask while paying special attention to detail Has a sense of urgency and the ability to work well under pressure Strong communication skills, both orally and written Provide great customer service to all customers Maintain a clean and tidy work area Follow health and safety guidelines Qualifications Must have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year as a barista, preferably bobarista. Basic knowledge of Toast POS or similar systems. Passion for the Teaspoon brand and enthusiasm for learning more about Teaspoon products and nutrition Flexibility to work various shifts Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts Ability to stand, bend, reach throughout assigned shifts Exceptional cleaning skills Proven working experience as a barista. Following recipe procedures. High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Weekly day range Monday to Sunday Education High school or college (Preferred) License/Certification Driver's License (Preferred) Food handler certification Shift availability Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred)
