Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items following established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations with precision Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with food handling regulations Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring timely delivery of orders Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Requirements Previous barista or café experience is highly preferred, along with a strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper sanitation practices Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Experience in the food industry or retail environment is advantageous but not required Join us in creating a lively café atmosphere where passion for coffee meets outstanding service!
