Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, great customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following established recipes and standards. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and delivering drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including work areas, counters, equipment, and seating areas. Handle cash register transactions efficiently and accurately. Stock and replenish supplies such as coffee beans, cups, utensils, pastries, and other merchandise. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines. Offer suggestions and answer customer questions regarding menu items and promotions.

Qualifications:

Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment preferred. Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
