What You'll Do Welcome every guest and make them feel at home Share our story and help people discover their favorite brew Prepare and serve coffee and food with consistency and care Keep the shop clean, stocked, and looking great Work as a team to keep things running smoothly Follow policies and procedures to ensure proper tracking of inventory Be available to work weekends and some holidays What We're Looking For A positive attitude and outgoing personality Great communication and people skills Self-motivated and dependable Attention to detail Willing to learn and grow Barista or food service experience Food Handler's permit (or ability to get one within 2 weeks) The Details Part-time, 3-4 shifts per week (about 6 hours each) with room for growth Must be able to work weekends and some holidays If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you!
