Must be willing to work minimum 3 shifts a week, each shift ranging from 4-6 hours, must be available for A.M shifts. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast pace environment while remaining clean and organized. Must be able to have reliable transportation to and from work and is punctual.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
• Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
• Handle cash transactions and provide customers with accurate change
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
• Follow recipes and guidelines for food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints
• Assist in maintaining food safety standards by following proper handling and storage procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Strong math skills for cash handling and calculating order totals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service
• Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for every customer
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is a plus We offer competitive pay based on experience and provide on-the-job training.
