Roosevelt Coffee is an independent, family-owned specialty coffee bar established in February 2023. In partnership with Sightglass Coffee Roasters, we are here to bring a unique specialty coffee experience to our community. The Scope Welcome customers, engage with them throughout visit Determine customer needs and share coffee knowledge Provide consistent quality in preparing and serving all drinks Participate actively in training to learn new and promotional products Continually work to expand coffee and product knowledge Maintain a clean and well-stocked store Maintain a clean and presentable personal appearance

The Candidate:
