Duties Prepare a variety of smoothies, non-alcoholic beverages, and specialty drinks with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently Greet customers warmly, taking their orders and providing excellent customer service throughout their visit Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie bar area, including food handling and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately, processing payments and giving correct change Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers quickly while maintaining quality standards Experience Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred, especially as a barista or in beverage preparation Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Experience with beverage service, including drink preparation and serving techniques Ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering tasty drinks and memorable experiences!
