We're creating a welcoming coffee experience built around quality drinks, great service, and positive energy. Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, matcha, cold brew, and specialty beverages Provide friendly and attentive customer service Take orders and process payments using our Toast POS system Follow recipes to keep every drink consistent Set up and close down the coffee cart Keep the cart, equipment, and work area clean and organized Restock cups, milk, syrups, matcha, coffee, and other supplies Follow all food-safety and sanitation requirements Work efficiently during busy periods Represent Kennedy's Coffee professionally at regular service and special events What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and comfortable talking with customers Able to work well independently and as part of a small team Detail-oriented and willing to learn Punctual and able to follow instructions Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Available for early mornings, weekends, and events as needed Barista or customer-service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person California Food Handler Card is preferred or must be obtained after hiring Physical Requirements Able to stand for extended periods Able to safely lift and carry up to 30 pounds Comfortable working in an outdoor coffee-cart environment Position Details Job type:
