Role Responsibilities:
Greet guests with excitement and kindness, hospitality isn't a transaction - it's a posture. Take orders using Square POS, guiding guests through the menu and providing recommendations when needed. Prepare delicious, high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages with consistency, speed, and efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized store & workspace, including completing deep cleaning tasks as assigned. Prepare a small menu of food items including breakfast, lunch, and full day offerings. and more responsibilities as assigned.
About You:
Friendly personality, you are someone who genuinely cares for others and wants to build connections! Adaptable and able to adjust quickly to changing situations. Able to multi-task, remain calm under pressure, and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and flexible. Willing to take on a variety of responsibilities including: cooking, baking, making drinks, taking orders, etc. Available to work at least 2 days a week, with one day of weekend availability required . Coffee experience is preferred, but not required. Interest in coffee is a must!
Position Details:
Part Time:
10 - 25 hours per week (2-4 shifts) Long term and seasonal opportunities available. Willing and able to work shifts ranging from 5 am start time to 6:30 pm end time. 2 days of availability minimum, with one weekend day required .
Shifts including:
cooking, baking, making drinks, taking orders, etc.
Hourly Pay:
