We are passionate about delivering high-quality drinks, excellent customer service, and a welcoming store environment. We are looking for positive, hardworking, and team-oriented individuals to join our growing team. Position Summary As a Barista / Team Member at UMe, you will be responsible for preparing beverages and food items, providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare milk tea, fruit tea, coffee, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards Provide friendly and professional customer service Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of front and back of house areas Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging items Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines Assist with opening and closing duties Support teammates to ensure smooth store operations Promote company products, membership programs, and seasonal promotions when needed Qualifications Previous food service or barista experience preferred but not required Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays preferred Food Handler Certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Growth opportunities within the company Friendly and supportive work environment Training provided Schedule Day shift Evening shift Weekend availability preferred
