The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a love for coffee, smoothies ensuring that every beverage is crafted to perfection. As a Barista, you will play a key role in maintaining the café's welcoming atmosphere while delivering high-quality food and drink service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, smoothies, and other menu items with precision and care. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the preparation area and dining space. Handle food preparation tasks according to health and safety regulations, ensuring all food items are fresh and properly stored. Operate the Square system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Engage with customers to create a friendly environment, offering help and recommendations as needed. Skills Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Experience in food preparation and handling within the food service industry is preferred. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and café operations is a plus. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn more about various brewing methods and flavor profiles. - Base pay starts at $17.50 per hour plus tips which equal to $19 -$23 hourly. Mandatory 4 day paid training.

- Store hours of operation is 8am-6pm shifts are 7:30am-1pm, 1-7pm
