Looking For Friendly, passion, positive personality with excellent customer service skills Self-motivated and proactive team player People who can work in a fast paced, team oriented environment Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers, team members and supervisors Open availability, flexible hours, willingness to work weekends and holidays Previous barista experience is not required, but a plus. Hands-on training will be provided. Food Handler Certification Responsibilities Crafting all beverages on the menu and to the needs of customers Working register and greeting customers Following verbal & written instructions in order to maintain drink quality and consistency Complying consistently with standard portion sizes Maintaining a clean and organized work station Restocking teas, toppings, utensils and other needed items Prepping ingredients as needed Assisting other team members as needed Opening and closing duties including: cooking boba, prepping, restocking, cleaning, mopping, taking out trash Follow food and safety guidelines
