Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of barista experience required; specialty coffee experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow drink recipes and customer preferences Food Handler Certificate (required or willingness to obtain) Knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety standards Maintains a polished and professional appearance

Duties:

Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, espresso drinks, and light food items with consistency and attention to quality Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide menu guidance, recommendations, and upselling to enhance guest experience and sales Operate POS system for order processing, cash handling, credit transactions, and end-of-shift drawer balancing Maintain cleanliness and organization of all café areas, including bar, equipment, dining space, and restrooms Dial in, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance and beverage quality Support smooth workflow during peak hours by staying efficient, organized, and proactive in a fast-paced environment Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations while minimizing waste and maintaining proper stock rotation Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring all shift checklists are completed accurately Communicate customer feedback and operational needs to management to support continuous improvement Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, efficient, and guest-focused environment Apply today and grow with us!
