Winston Pies is opening a brand-new location in Manhattan Village, and we're looking for friendly, upbeat baristas to join our team! We serve artisanal, from-scratch dessert pies alongside a premium specialty coffee and matcha program — come make people's day for a living. $17.87 - $19 per hour Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) & paid sick time Paid training Generous employee discount Flexible scheduling Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Must be available at least 2 weekend shifts What You'll Do Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, and help with pie orders Prepare specialty coffee and matcha beverages to standard, and serve up our from-scratch pies with care Keep pie displays fully stocked, clean, and picture-ready Maintain a spotless, welcoming café environment Run POS transactions accurately and efficiently Follow food safety and sanitation standards while working closely with the front and back-of-house team What We're Looking For Barista or café experience preferred Friendly, upbeat, punctual, and genuinely customer-focused Dependable with strong communication and teamwork skills Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain one upon hire)
