This is more than a typical restaurant position. We're looking for someone who takes pride in hospitality, enjoys getting to know regular guests, and wants to become part of a creative, community-focused waterfront café. What We're Looking For Previous barista, café, restaurant, or serving experience is required Experience preparing espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages Warm, friendly personality with excellent customer service skills Comfortable taking orders, serving food and beverages, and communicating with guests Able to work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, organized, and a strong team player Willingness to learn our menu and confidently make recommendations to guests Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment Social media, photography, content creation, community events, or marketing skills are a major plus Applicants must be comfortable with a background check Grow With Us We're a quality-driven waterfront café in Marina del Rey looking for someone who wants more than just a shift.
