Morning and afternoon shifts are available. We're a busy, fast-paced coffeehouse , which means great opportunities to learn, grow, and earn. New trainees start at $16.90/hr plus tips , and because of our volume, tips generally add an average of $6-$8 per hour . Pay increases with skill development, and experienced baristas may begin at a higher base wage depending on their background. For strong performers, opportunities for advancement—including shift lead roles —are also available.
