Founded on a deep coffee heritage, we take pride in roasting and serving artisan coffee with a guest-first mindset . When you join our team, you'll receive hands-on training to become a skilled barista, even if you have no prior coffee experience. You'll be surrounded by a supportive, tight-knit team that feels like family, and you'll have the chance to learn every part of the journey from seed to cup. We're looking for passionate, hard-working people who want to grow with us, serve our guests with care, and be part of a culture that celebrates excellence in every pour. Part time and Full time positions available, but must be able to work at least 30 hours a week, and
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS.
Morning and afternoon shifts are available. We're a busy, fast-paced coffeehouse , which means great opportunities to learn, grow, and earn. New trainees start at $16.90/hr plus tips , and because of our volume, tips generally add an average of $6-$8 per hour . Pay increases with skill development, and experienced baristas may begin at a higher base wage depending on their background. For strong performers, opportunities for advancement—including shift lead roles —are also available. Benefits include group health insurance for employees averaging 30+ hours a week, and employee discounts.
