Job Summary Join our vibrant café team as a Barista, where your energy and passion for coffee will create memorable experiences for every guest. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Clover POS Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and transaction reconciliation Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries professionally Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures Assist with food preparation tasks for baked goods or light snacks as needed in the café environment Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math proficiency for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques in a food service setting Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a friendly, energetic attitude Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
