Job Description
Job Summary The Barista is responsible for proudly pouring Peet's in a backstage VIP Exclusive Access area with discretion and professionalism being our number one goal, combined with world-class service in making our Peet's coffee drinks. Hourly Range from $30.00 and up. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain clean and sanitized workstation while following health and safety regulations. Restock work and dining areas by taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, tables or over the counter. Engage with and greet all tour staff personnel in a friendly and inviting manner. Inform them about special items and answer any questions. Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea. Stock food and beverages. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Possession of safe food/beverage certification prior to employment or ability to obtain certification upon hire. Education and/or Experience A minimum education level of High School Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of related work experience. Skills and Abilities Strong interpersonal and organization skills. Must be proactive in providing exceptional customer service. Must be able to work in a team environment and interact with multiple departments with tact and professionalism. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
