Full Job Description Front of House Cashier CLOSER Part-Time Position Only Shifts Available:
Weekend availability required Shifts start between 4:00-6:00 PM Closing shifts end at 12:00 AM or 1:00
AM Requirements:
Open availability preferred Must be available to work weekends Crew Members at Friendly Doughnuts Inc. typically take on the role of preparing food and beverages in accordance with Friendly Doughnuts Inc.'s operational guidelines. They are dedicated to offering excellent service to guests while ensuring a clean, secure, and well-organized work environment.
Responsibilities encompass:
Adherence to brand standards, recipes, and operational protocols. Ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Preparation of food, replenishing the doughnut stock, and crafting beverages. Meticulous assembly and packaging of orders for prompt guest service. Proficiency in the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, with the ability to address guest inquiries. Dedication to sustaining a clean and well-organized workstation. Thorough cleaning of equipment and guest areas. Inventory management for items such as cups, lids, etc., at the workstation. Skillful order-taking using Counter POS and efficient payment handling. Consistent adherence to speed-of-service standards. Courteous and effective interaction with guests. Fostering a guest-focused culture in the restaurant. Clear and efficient communication with managers and team members. Responsible for organizing and maintaining stock rooms and refrigerated areas.
Education/Experience:

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
