DOTS CAFE
in Pasadena is looking for part time & full-time (THIS IS NOT SEASONAL JOB, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR A SUMMER POSITION
) Front of the House, Customer Service team members, barista and cashier. Looking for friendly, flexible, reliable employee who can work MIN OF 4 DAYS PER WEEK.
Applicants need to have min., 1 year of barista, retail, bakery, customer service or cafe style restaurant experience. MUST answer YES before you apply for the job, and FIRST TIME APPLICANTS ONLY
1. Available to work weekends both:
SATURDAY & SUNDAY 2. NO
time off requests for the first 3 months of employment (No temporary or seasonal position are available) MUST BE LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM POSITION. 3.
Available to work a MIN. of 4 flexible full days, with a minimum of 20 hrs a week including weekends 4. Min. of 1 years of experience in restaurant, customer service, cafe or retail 5. First time applicant to Dots cupcakes or Dots cafe Looking for honest, creative, mature, punctual, friendly, reliable, serious, local, detail-oriented, positive, experienced and hard working applicants. Customer Service is our TOP PRIORITY!
Job roles includes providing great customer service, stocking cupcakes, making speciality coffee drinks, boxing orders, making custom cupcake stands, helping customers, answering phones, taking detailed cupcake orders, cleaning, answering emails, using a POS, and organizing front and back of the house. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Daily store opening duties, back of the house preparation for baking, and making house made lemon, passion fruit curds (no baking experience required), making coffee, cleaning front of the house, restocking cards, supplies, and merchandise. Communicating with other team members regarding orders, custom fondant requests, and getting back to customers immediately. ONLY FIRST TIME APPLICANTS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
