• Operate POS systems to process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, including strict adherence to company cash handling practices and discount policy.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas in adherence to food safety standards.
• Daily preparation of deli station and beverage bar. Assist Barista/ Shift Lead in preparing beverages, if necessary.
• Execute customer order fulfillment with a sense of urgency and care.
• Ensure food, beverage and merchandise inventory is stocked including the condiment area and product packaging.
• Able to communicate menu offerings and follow recipe guidelines.
• Complete all cleaning, stocking, and organizing tasks as required by role and shift supervisor.

Qualifications Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required; a passion for coffee and customer service is essential Proven ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality Strong interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic disposition Flexible and able to adapt to changes with ease. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Ability to work flexible hours based on store needs, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours

Pay:

From $18.57 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 32.0 per week
