to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages and food items while providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers . Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and provide customers with receipts. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations. Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, supplies, and food items. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and support each other during shifts. Skills

GOOD LATTE ART AND EXPERIANCE IN SPECIALTY COFFEE

Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations within the café setting. Experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred but not required. Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers accurately. Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash flow. A genuine passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn about different brewing methods and beverage preparation techniques.
