The ideal candidate will be skilled in using semi-automatic espresso machines, quick to learn, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Candidates without prior barista experience should not apply, as their résumé will not be considered. Starting salary is $18 per hour during the training period, with the potential for an increase after the first 30 days based on performance.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of barista experience in a café setting Proficiency with semi-automatic espresso machines Fast learner, open to new techniques and methods Strong commitment to excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere Friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to work well under pressure Ability to multitask effectively and pay close attention to detail Dedication to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a range of coffee and espresso drinks with precision and consistency Assist in food preparation and presentation when needed Keep the workspace, including coffee and food prep areas, clean and organized Engage warmly with customers, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience Maintain high standards in quality and presentation for all drinks and food items Work efficiently to serve customers quickly, especially during peak hours Adhere to all café policies and health/safety regulations •
