BARISTA & COFFEE TRUCK DRIVER

Tallio's is hiring a reliable, friendly barista for our coffee truck located at Sutter Health in San Carlos.

Location:

San Carlos, CA Schedule:

Monday through Friday, approximately 6:30 AM to 2:30

PM Pay:

Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus tips and weekly bonuses

Bonus:

Eligible for a weekly performance bonus based on attendance, punctuality, sales goals, customer service, and proper care of the truck

Responsibilities:

Safely drive the coffee truck to and from the service location Open and prepare the truck for daily service Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, matcha, tea, refreshers, and light food Operate the register and accurately handle customer payments Deliver fast, welcoming customer service Restock supplies and monitor inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace Complete opening and closing procedures Help grow daily sales through friendly service and product recommendations

Requirements:

Valid California driver's license Clean and safe driving record Comfortable driving and parking a coffee truck Reliable transportation to the truck's storage or pickup location Dependable and available for early morning shifts Strong customer-service and communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds California Food Handler Card or willingness to obtain one Barista or food-service experience preferred We are looking for someone dependable who takes ownership of the truck, arrives on time, cares about quality, and wants to help Tallio's grow.
