You would be working beside us as we grow our company. That includes growing a team of new people that can come alongside us and create a great shop. Our shop is in a great neighborhood with great vibes already! We do not have any interest in the "snotty barista" or someone who shouldn't be in customer service because they don't actually like people.

job; we are looking for a commitment! Unfortunately, this role cannot be for High School students because of the store hours.

What We Are Looking For:

Weekend availability is a MUST! Availability for part-time hours (3-5 days and 15-25 hours a week), including a variety of opening, mid, and closing shifts. A passion for going beyond basic customer service—your goal is to connect with people and create our next regular customer! A solid work ethic with the understanding that daily upkeep and cleaning are core parts of the job. Responsible, a team player, clean, and organized. Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.

Physical & Operational Requirements:

Must be able to stand on your feet for 5-hour shifts. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., milk crates, bags of coffee beans). Ability to safely handle hot liquids and operate cafe equipment. Comfortable with repetitive motions, bending, reaching, and routine shop cleaning duties. Must possess (or be willing to obtain) a valid Food Handler's Certificate.

Qualifications:

Proven working experience in customer service. High integrity with a great attendance record. Strong attention to detail. Ability to listen and communicate effectively. Open to feedback and coaching on a regular basis.
