As a Hospitality Associate at Batch & Box, your role is at the forefront of providing an exceptional guest experience. You represent the

Responsibilities:

Engage with guests in a personable and welcoming manner, tailoring each interaction to the guest Following all shop policies and procedures, including those related to: Hospitality Standards and Expectations Product Standards Safety and Cleanliness Standards Organizational Expectations Take guest orders on POS System (Register) with accuracy Fulfill and box orders efficiently, ensuring orders are correct and handed off to the right guest Fulfill and box online orders, handing off online orders to the correct guest or driver Assist with back-of-house (BOH) prep procedures such as: Rolling dough Frosting/Finishing Cookies Offer tastings (samples) of current monthly seasonal flavors Suggestive sell other menu options including: occasional sleeves, complimentary bow, and drinks. Answer store phones and give shop level guest service over the phone Restock front-of-house (FOH) supplies and keep workplace clean and organized Fold cookie boxes to ensure order packaging is always readily available Assists with shipping and large catering orders as needed by: Bagging and flavor labeling cookies Fulfilling and boxing orders Ensuring order accuracy against order invoice/pick-list Follow all shop standards and maintain shop cleanliness Assist in Bake-off prep Complete all opening and closing checklists Wash dishes and baking equipment as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

6+ months of prior experience in a quick-service or fast-casual environment

Education and Experience:

Food Handlers Card

•within 30 days of employment Sexual Harassment Training

•within 30 days of employment Physical Requirements Must be a minimum of 18 years old Able to stand for extended periods of time, (8 plus hours) with frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 20 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. And move quickly and efficiently under pressure.

Pay:

$18.00

•$19.00 per hour
