We're looking for friendly, reliable team members to join our store! Responsibilities Prepare drinks such as milk tea, and specialty beverages following standard recipes Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment Take orders accurately (in-store and online platforms) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Follow food safety and hygiene standards Support team members during busy hours Qualifications No experience required - training provided (experience in boba, café, or restaurant is a plus) Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills Must be responsible, punctual, and a team player Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Schedule Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Morning / Afternoon / Evening shifts available What We Offer Hourly pay starting at $19/hour Opportunity to grow into Shift Lead / Supervisor Friendly and supportive team environment How to Apply Please apply through Indeed or send your resume with your availability.
