Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Serve customers promptly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly, attentive service Process cash and card transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling, sanitation, and equipment upkeep Manage retail sales transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations Assist in food preparation tasks to support overall café operations and food safety standards Uphold food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times Support time management by prioritizing tasks during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow Qualifications Previous barista experience or food service background preferred; enthusiasm for coffee culture is a plus Familiarity with SpotOn POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where great coffee meets exceptional service!
