## Job Overview We are seeking an amazing happy human to join our team. Must have a passionate drive to work in hospitality serving coffee. You will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and coffee mocktails, and providing excellent hospitality to our guests! ## Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages following recipes
• Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness
• Handle cash transactions using POS systems and cash registers
• Provide exceptional hospitality by taking orders and changing the lives around you
• Assist in roastery
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Maintain quality control of the menu ##

Experience:

• Coffee knowledge is appreciated but not required. We will show you the way. Must have, however, a deep curiosity on drinking coffee and palate development. Drinking coffee and tasting are essential for your success at Myriad Coffee.
• Server or Bartending expirience/hospitality
• Open mindset and drive to be challenged ###

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operation
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent sales skills to promote products and upsell when appropriate
• Exceptional customer service abilities to ensure customer satisfaction
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately ###

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Previous experience in a retail or food service environment
• Knowledge of retail math principles
