Duties Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Assist in food preparation, including handling ingredients and assembling menu items in accordance with food safety standards Maintain cleanliness of the workspace by following sanitizing procedures and ensuring all food handling areas are hygienic Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including blenders, espresso machines, ovens, and dishwashers Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while providing friendly in-person customer service Support food safety management by adhering to sanitization protocols and proper food handling practices Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Knowledge of wine, beverages, or culinary techniques is a plus Experience with food preparation, catering, or as a dietary aide enhances your suitability for this role Ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace and processing cash transactions with accuracy Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and maintaining cleanliness standards Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude in face-to-face interactions Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food safety management practices Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our team's success!
