The Role As our Coffee Shop Attendant (Barista) , you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high‑quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while delivering genuine, friendly service. You'll help create an inviting atmosphere for hotel guests and locals alike, ensuring each visit starts or ends on a positive note. You'll represent the hotel with professionalism, accuracy, and hospitality while maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming café environment. EOE What Makes You You Previous barista, café, or customer service experience is preferred Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation is a plus Friendly, positive, and guest‑focused attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while staying organized Attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Willingness to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Flexible to work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends
