As the face of our establishment, you will create a warm and welcoming environment for guests while delivering exceptional service. This role blends customer service, barista skills, and front-of-house responsibilities to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Key Responsibilities -

Barista & Food Service Duties:

Prepare coffee and other beverages to Kafana's quality standards. Welcome guests warmly and provide information about our offerings. Take orders with precision, ensuring all guest preferences are noted. Serve snacks, pastries, and other menu items efficiently and accurately. Operate and maintain espresso machines and other barista tools.

Operational Support:

Process transactions using POS systems accurately and efficiently. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front counter, lobby, and barista station. Restock inventory, including coffee beans, syrups, and other essentials, as needed.

Collaboration:

Work closely with co-workers to coordinate timely food and beverage service. Assist in managing guest flow and reservations during busy periods.
