We're looking for a Shift Lead who can confidently run the floor, support the team, and uphold JUGO standards during every shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership without ego, thrives in fast-paced environments, and leads by example. The Role Shift Leads are the point person on shift when management is not present. You'll support daily operations, guide the team, and ensure the store runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional guest experience. What You'll Do Lead the floor and support baristas during service Ensure products, service, and cleanliness meet JUGO standards Act as the responsible lead in the absence of a manager Keep the team organized, focused, and moving efficiently Support opening and closing procedures Handle guest questions and resolve issues calmly and professionally This role includes additional responsibilities as needed to support business operations. What We're Looking For Availability 5-6 days per week, including weekends Able to work 4-6 hour shifts Previous food, beverage, or hospitality experience preferred Confident communicator with strong floor presence Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 60 lbs Able to work in coolers/freezers as needed Reliable, level-headed, and solution-oriented Leadership Expectations Lead by example through professionalism and work ethic Support and guide team members without micromanaging Maintain positive team energy and strong guest experience Communicate issues or needs clearly to management This role does not include hiring, firing, or formal disciplinary authority.
