Job Description
Earn $20+ per hour! •this includes $17.00 per hour Base Pay + Tips (we typically see an average of $5-7/hour in tips!). We're looking for part-time cashiers/baristas to provide exceptional customer service in our buzzing community café in Downtown Truckee ! We're looking for folks who want to share their passion for great coffee & food and jump in wherever needed. Your job is to support your team by providing friendly, efficient and personal service to each customer. Coffee experience preferred. No experience? No sweat; we offer excellent coffee training and room for growth. • Weekends/holidays required We're looking for: A demonstrated enthusiasm for coffee, farm-to-table food and/or a desire to learn Prior hospitality, retail or coffee experience preferred A dedication to creating impeccable customer experiences Strong attention to detail and healthy respect for cleanliness and sanitation Ability to communicate clearly and multi-task with ease Supportive of a positive work environment A flexible schedule with open availability Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and baked goods, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
