Barista

We are seeking a friendly team member to join our team! We take pride in our baking and use only the finest ingredients, including 100% organic wheat flours, local farm-fresh eggs, milk, produce as available, and pasture-raised beef. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing guests with high-quality beverages, including the serving of food. Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks Prepare and serve drinks that meet quality standards Properly handle and maintain all equipment Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings Observe relevant health and safety standards Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Interests in coffee program, must be passionate about coffee High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred Strong ability to multi-task Ability to problem solve quickly Strong customer service and communication skills
