Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
• Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register or POS system
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boba shop, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment
• Follow all health and safety regulations when handling food and beverages
• Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred
• Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and health regulations
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
