Full Job Description Job Overview:
An emerging Boba tea & coffee cafe is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time or Full time (with tips) Bubble Tea Barista to join our team. This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate. If you have a passion for creating delicious beverages and providing excellent customer service, this opportunity is perfect for you! Evening shifts are usually around 3:30-8:30pm on the weekends which would be the preferred shift.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and boba drinks following company recipes
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee m/boba bar and dining area
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control of all beverages served
Skills:
- Proficient in food handling and preparation techniques
- Experience with cash handling and Clover POS system is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment
